These Terms of Use apply to the Legacywell Insurance website. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when you contact us. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Insurance information. This site provides general information about Medicare, ACA health coverage, life insurance, and related products. It is not a quote, an application, a guarantee of coverage, or medical, tax, or legal advice. Plan availability, eligibility, benefits, premiums, provider networks, and drug coverage can vary and change. Review official plan and carrier materials before enrolling. No insurance coverage begins by submitting a website form.

Not a government website. Legacywell Insurance is an independent insurance agency. We are not Medicare, CMS, or a government agency, and are not endorsed by them. We may not offer every plan available in your area. To learn about all Medicare options, visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE.

Website forms. Information you submit through a form is used to answer your request and provide insurance assistance, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details, or detailed medical records through a general contact form. We may use secure enrollment or document systems when sensitive information is needed. Submitting a form does not require you to buy a product or enroll in a plan.

Text messaging. If you separately choose to receive marketing text messages from Legacywell Insurance, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or email kervens@legacywellinsurance.com. Marketing text consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a form, receiving assistance, purchasing insurance, or enrolling in a plan. We may also send service messages when you separately authorize them or when permitted by law.

Third-party services and links. This website may link to external carriers, marketplaces, scheduling tools, and other providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. We do not control their websites.

Intellectual property and availability. The website content belongs to Legacywell Insurance or its licensors and is intended for personal, noncommercial use. We may change or temporarily interrupt the website. We strive for accurate information but cannot promise that every page is complete or current. Applicable law governs any rights and remedies; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
